Lego Track Monday, 9th December 2024 |
Honestly, feels like a downgrade compared to the original track submitted to the contest; additions now feel superfluous and can be distracting, especially in faster classes. While the original was lean and mean, this one is dragged down by the extra stuff.

I like this one; getting a lot of vibes from the older space-themed tracks like the OG Hull Breach, Hull Breach 2 or the Oppressive Sphere. Wouldn't mind seeing it in the packs.

Honestly, even though I don't see this being used in official I/O sessions, I still strongly believe this to be your masterpiece. I love the weird horror of it, and especially the nods to some iconic tracks. Can't wait to see what you'll cook up next!

Amberdawn Hill – Extreme

A fast, technical and very fun track, that for my money flows better in reverse, but is by no means a slouch when played in regular manner. My only point of contention are the slowdown and reversing zones in the parts where cutting is meant to be discouraged; they can be exploited to manage the turn without braking, and have more than once messed with throwables (rocket, shockwave and balloons). Personally, I would prefer to be respawned when cutting, as in your previous tracks. Would love to see either variant added to the packs!

Not bad, I actually like it. I don't see it replacing the original any time soon, as it is a classic track with a tight and demanding raceline, but I appreciate it being here, and I'm looking forward to seeing it added to the packs. Also, W I D E

Miami Manic
Standard Track Thursday, 3rd February 2022 |
not a bad track, i do like the alternative routes however, for a track set in miami it feels dull and colourless, kind of like a level in the original quake EDIT: after finding out that the track is based on a doom level, my original comment kinda feels dumb, but the point still stands
