A remodel/remap of one of my old unreleased conversions, based on the second generation Ford Mustang Ghia and named after it's designer. The mapping isn't absolutely perfect but I had to start somewhere. Only after the fact did I realise this car wasn't the best choice as I couldn't seem to find any official race variants of it, so I requested Xarc to paint it similarly to the third generation IMSA Mustangs that ran in the early '80s.

It has a very high top speed but the acceleration is quite low and the steering radius is very wide. Generally not too difficult to win with but a mistake in many areas can cost a player their position or the race as a whole, so keep your finger on that repo key.

  1. It’s a decent car, the Nesbitt. The car is a little higher thanks to it’s wheels, but no issue on that. Based on a Mustang Ghia as mentioned, I like the aesthetic of the car. Performance, it’s more fit of an Amateur than a rookie, so, why is this on Rookie? The answer is quite simple.

The car tend to have wide turning radius, and understeers like a pig. That, and it’s RWD. Tracks with slippery surfaces are nightmarish for this. But if you can master these for Rookie races, it’s a weapon not to be underestimated.

The paintjob for it is also pretty good too, I like it.
