Please see the include readme for additional info like credits and permissions.

Thanks to everyone who gave feedback when I sent this map out for testing a while back. I didn't get to implement everything, partly due to time constraints. The input is still much appreciated!

Thanks to the RVGL and RVIO teams for keeping the game alive after all these years!

  1. The track is generally quite good, I really like the up-left sculpted turn, but I very dislike the last turn down the ramp – the ramp is too steep so the turn is quite unpredictable and very hard to get correctly. The carbuilding section is also quite unintuitive

  2. I’m very glad you released this track finally. The screenshots I saw when you started working on it were already very promising – and the final product kept this promise. The whole map is “clean as fuck”. Modelling and mapping is on-spot. All the little effects you implemented (for example the water at the gutters, the moving fishes in the aquarium, or the spray while driving on wet surface) are very fitting and well made. The raceline is diversified and fun to race. The AI is also good and I had some nice battles.

If I have to find negative things, there is not much. The first thing I recognised is that there are some areas which are kind of empty. Especially at the streets/alleys between the buildings. A little bit more decoration or not so repetitive texturing would have added a lot there. But this is nothing too major. Some real cars instead of the upscaled RC-cars would give the track a little bit more overall immersion. Also, some more custom sound effects and an original music track would also have added a lot.

But this are only some tiny nit-picks. All in all this is an awesome map, and I’m really glad you managed to release it after this long time. Good job, Wichilie, I really hope to see your other WIP’s released one day!
